How it works

Cohort definition
Define inclusion criteria: modality, body region, study date range, patient age and more. We report feasible cohort sizes before anything is delivered.
De-identification
Studies are de-identified before release: patient identifiers are removed from DICOM headers, PHI burned into the pixel data is redacted, and data is only shared from providers whose data sharing agreements permit it.
Native DICOM
Full-fidelity, original-resolution DICOM, including multi-frame, volumetric and enhanced objects, straight from clinical PACS workflows rather than re-encoded exports.
Diagnostic reports
The radiologist's diagnostic report can be included with each study, de-identified, as DICOM (encapsulated PDF or Structured Report), PDF, or plain text, ready to use as labels.
Multi-site, real-world
Imaging from multiple independent providers and a wide mix of scanner vendors and protocols, which helps models generalize beyond a single institution.
All figures are aggregate counts across participating providers, rounded, with small counts suppressed. They describe the available pool, not a specific deliverable dataset. Final cohort availability depends on the terms of each provider's agreement.
